My gum hurts like hell. Thought it was my wisdom tooth acting up. But i think it's a huge ulcer lurking behind my very last tooth at the back, causing it to swell. Ouch.

So here I am, sipping crysanthemum tea (to reduce heatiness!) and blogging, occasionally distracted by 草蜢's songs playing on my iTunes. (I just have to sing along!) And you would have thought I'm seated in front of my lappie in the comfort of my home. But hell no. I'm at work. On a long weekend. How sucky is that.

As much as I love weekends, there are times when I feel they are such a bore. We spent Good Friday in bed watching DVDs. And that was exactly how we spent it last Sunday. Shopping served no purpose as there wasn't anything in particular we wanted to get. Yup, you are right. That didn't come out from my mouth. I was just quoting Mike. Haha. The weather was not helping either. We couldn't do much outdoor stuff, if not Sentosa or The Zoo could have been one of the options. Hanging out with my bestie and her hubby is probably the most sought-after option. We love trying out new dining and chilling places.

Mike's been lamenting that it's such a waste of time doing nothing at home. Set me thinking that perhaps it's about time we pick up a new hobby. Or a new skill. Or a biz that can bring in more income. We took up a Jap course last year but lost interest in it after a while. Toyed with the idea of taking up a photography course but that means investing in a good camera which I'm not in favour of.

Till we find something that can get out butts moving, it's back to the DVDs for now.

10 minutes to knock off. That's fast.
